A class dedicated to stretching and conditioning our bodies through body-weight exercises and assisted stretches. No prior experience is required; class participants are encouraged to provide their own stretching aides (can be a towel, yoga blocks, yoga strap, etc).
Summer mini session: Classes are held on Tuesdays at 8:00am CT for one hour. Class starts on July 7 and ends August 18. When purchasing, select how many classes you will be able to attend (7 classes total).
